scarlet ignition develops

disruptive technology

Technology is moving in the wrong direction and consumers are held hostage by exploitive practices. Technology is moving away from South Africa. Scarlet Ignition develops tailored solutions. Our first phase focuses on education technology (EdTech) and Mental Wellness.

EdTech

No more subscriptions. Free solutions to empower all South Africans. This technology allows a singular, high standard of education to bridge the education gap. We developed our own QMS standards for education development to guide the creation of cognitive engagement based education.

The Importance of Reskilling

SDG pushes for greater adoption of technology will mean in-demand skills across jobs change over the next five years, and skills gaps will continue to be high. For those workers who stay in their roles, the share of core skills that will change by 2025 is 40% and 50% of all employees will need reskilling.

Critical thinking and problem-solving top the list of skills that employers believe will grow in prominence in the next five years. These have been consistent since the first report in 2016. But newly emerging this year are skills in self-management such as active learning, resilience, stress tolerance, and flexibility.

Background

Scarlet Ignition was founded in Kimberley, South Africa by Moegamat-Fahmy Cader, who suffered life-long learning disorders and in 2007, suffered additional health issues due to a medication induced auto-immune disorder, which caused further brain ailments. This affected his ability to learn, with limited options and resources, he developed techniques to empower himself, through rapid learning and neuroplasticity healing arachnid cysts and reconstructing the photophobia affected areas of his brain.

Moegamat continues to treat a brain disorder and symptomatic illnesses without pharmaceutical medications.

These techniques were expanded upon, and now serve as the backbone of Scarlet Ignition’s EdTech innovations, and mental wellness initiatives. Scarlet Ignition has built a up repository of technological research and designs to challenge the largest companies in the world. Our initial projects will be used to raise the capital, to build a sustainable flywheel to fund our technology.

The Problem

There is a significant disparity between current workforce skills and the needs of emerging industries. This drives an urgent need for workforce retraining to address the rapidly changing job landscape. Without intervention, analysts economic losses if the skills gap is not addressed, with particular emphasis on developing countries, like South Africa.

Our Solution

We have the means to reskill and upskill individuals in unprecedented numbers, to deploy precision safety nets which protect displaced workers from destitution, and to create bespoke maps which orient displaced workers towards the jobs of tomorrow where they will be able to thrive. We will develop Education Technology for immediate impact, and run initiatives for cognitive awareness.

Let’s make South Africans feel like they’re worth something.

Change the behaviour. Change the mentality. Bridge the Gap.

Our people are often neglected and mistreated, receiving poorly developed solutions that appear cheaper than their cost. How can we expect improvement and better choices if everything remains the same? Repetitive mediocrity stifles growth. We have demonstrated that a pattern of innovation can transform the brain into a limitless well of productivity. Achieving this requires a unique effort marked by care and consideration.
